Rare earths have stragetic value,functional properties and application function extensibility.Rare earth elements have many unique physical and chemical properties and can be used to prepare functional materials,such as magnetic materials,luminuscient materials,hydrogen storage materials and catalytic materials.To integrate rare earth functional development and their application fields extending,we must practice the ideas of innovation,green,open and sharing,use internet thinking to drive actions for "rare earth function + ",promote the combination of production,education,research and application,and facilitate upstream and downstream collaborative innovation,so as to add new momentum to national economic development.
