采用两种不同抗氧剂利用现有技术制备了辐照交联聚烯烃电缆料,并对其力学性能、热延伸和热性能等进行了分析。结果表明:对于LA抗氧体系,辐照后交联程度较高,抗氧剂添加量对辐照交联的延缓作用较弱,添加量为1.0%时,耐老化性能最好;对于LB抗氧体系,抗氧剂对试样的交联存在抑制作用,随抗氧剂添加量的增加,交联程度降低。对于辐照后已充分交联的试样,因含有足够的剩余抗氧剂,在老化试验过程中,存在重结晶作用;而没有充分交联的共混物,在老化试验过程中会发生继续交联反应。

Two irradiation cross-linking polyolefine cable compounds were prepared with two antioxidants by existing technology, and their mechanical properties, thermal prolongation, and heat resistance were ana-lyzed. The results show that for the LA antioxidant system, the cross-linking degree after irradiation is higher, and the delaying effect of antioxidant addition amount on the cross-linking is weaker. When the addition amount is 1.0%, the ageing resistance performance is the best. For the LB antioxidant system, the antioxidant can inhibit the cross-linking of sample, and the cross-linking degree decreases with the increase of antioxidant addition amount. The cross-linking sufficiently sample would recrystallization during the ageing test because containing enough residual antioxidant, and the cross-linking insufficiently sample would continue to cross-link during the ageing test.
