为研究钝化剂对含腐蚀性硫变压器油的影响,对14台变压器添加钝化剂后的运行进行监控,监测变压器油中钝化剂的消耗情况、油中腐蚀性硫含量变化、油品理化性能及电气性能变化等.结果表明:添加钝化剂后,随着时间的延长,钝化剂逐渐消耗,月平均消耗量为6 mg/kg;钝化剂添加后,变压器油中的腐蚀性硫DBDS含量基本保持不变,说明腐蚀性硫未与铜导线发生反应,钝化剂能够有效缓解DBDS对铜导线的腐蚀;钝化剂的添加对变压器油的电气性能、物化性能及油中气体含量没有影响.
To research the effect of passivator on the transformer oil with corrosive sulfur, the operating status of 14 transformers after adding passivator were monitored, including the consumption condition of passivator, the variation of corrosive sulfur content in oil and physicochemical and electrical properities of transformer oil. The results show that after adding passivator to the transformer oil, the passivator consumes gradually with the prolonging of time, and the average consumption per month is about 6 mg/kg. The corrosive sulfur DBDS content keeps stable, which indicates that the corrosive sulfur do not react with the copper conductor and the passivator can effectively relieve the corrosion of copper conductor from DBDS. The passivator has no effect on the physical, chemical, and electrical properities of transformer oil and the gas content in oil.
