为更好的将频域介电谱技术用于评估发电机主绝缘状态,在不同温度下采用频域介电谱法测量定子线棒的介电参量.研究了主绝缘的介质损耗因数、复介电常数和电导率与测试温度和电场频率的关系,在分析温度对测量结果影响规律的同时,提出将不同温度下的测试数据实现归一化处理的方法.结果表明:测试温度对频域介电谱参量的影响在低频10-3~100 Hz更明显;主绝缘的几何电容和特征频率处的tanδ、ε与测试温度满足指数函数关系;研究结果可消除环境温度对FDS测量结果的影响,为更好的应用FDS技术准确评估发电机主绝缘状态提供参考.
In order to better apply frequency domain spectroscopy (FDS) technology in assessment of the main insulation condition of generator, the dielectric parameters of stator bar at different temperatures were tested by FDS. The variation of dielectric dissipation factor, complex permittivity, and conductivity of the main insulation with temperature and electric field frequency were studied. The effect of tempera-ture on the test results was analyzed, and a normalization process method for data at different tempera-tures was introduced meanwhile. The results show that the effect of temperature on the parameters of fre-quency domain dielectric spectroscopy is more obvious at low frequency. The geometric capacitance, εand tanδ at the characteristic frequency of the stator bar are in exponential relationship with temperature. The research results can eliminate the influence of environment temperature on the FDS test results, and provide reference for FDS to diagnose the insulation status of generator stator.
