通过对HTV硅橡胶材料进行交直流电压形式下的电晕加速老化试验,并对试样进行憎水性恢复试验,研究了交直流电晕老化对硅橡胶绝缘材料的影响。结果表明:交流电晕与直流电晕对HTV硅橡胶材料的影响存在较大的区别,交流电晕老化对硅橡胶的影响最严重,负极性的直流电晕老化对硅橡胶的影响程度次之,正极性的直流电晕老化对硅橡胶的影响程度最弱。
High temperature vulcanization (HTV) silicon rubbers were performed accelerated conora age-ing experiments under AC and DC voltages, and then was performed hydrophobicity recovery experi-ments. The influence of AC and DC corona ageing on the properties of silicon rubber was studied. The results show that there is great distinguish between the impact of AC and DC corona ageing on the prop-erties of HTV silicon rubber. The impact of AC corona ageing is the most serious, the impact of nega-tive polarity DC corona ageing is less, and the impact of positive polarity DC corona ageing is the weakest.
