为研究纳米二氧化硅掺杂环氧树脂的局部放电起始电压及导热性,制备了不同纳米粒子含量的纳米二氧化硅/环氧树脂复合材料试样,测试其局部放电起始电压和热导率。结果表明:在纳米粒子含量为5%时,纳米二氧化硅/环氧树脂复合材料的局部放电起始电压达到最大值,较纯环氧树脂提高了22.5%;复合材料热导率达到最大值,较纯环氧树脂提高了157%。通过对试样的微观结构分析可知,掺杂纳米粒子可以抑制复合材料内部缺陷的产生。
Nano-SiO2/epoxy composites with different content of nanoparticles were prepared, and their partial discharge inception voltage (PDIV) and thermal conductivity were tested. The results show that when the doping amount of SiO2 particles is 5%, the PDIV and thermal conductivity of the composite reach the maximum, the PDIV is 22.5% higher than that of pure epoxy, and the thermal conductivity is 157% higher than that of pure epoxy. According to the micro-structure analysis of samples, the addtition of nanoparticles can suppress the emerging of internal defect in the composites.
