杂萘联苯聚芳醚系列高性能树脂具有扭曲、非平面全芳环结构,因此兼具耐高温和可溶解特性,综合性能优异,解决了传统高性能工程塑料不能兼具耐高温和可溶解的技术难题,加工方式多样,应用领域广泛。本文系统介绍了其在耐高温绝缘材料领域的应用研究,包括耐高温绝缘浸渍漆、漆包线、加热电缆、高频覆铜板、耐高温多功能绝缘薄膜等。
Phthalazinone-containing polymers are well-known high-performance engineering plastics with attracting balance of many desirable properties, namely reasonable thermal stability, anti-radiation, high stiffness and toughness. The unique structural feature of phenyl-phthalazinone in the main chain of the polymers that lies in its unsymmetrical and kink non-coplanar conformation give them good solubility in common organic solvents without sacrificing thermal stability and mechanical properties, which is inacces-sible for traditional engineering plastics. So they have many processing methods and wide applications. In this paper, the typical applications of phthalazinone-containing resins in high temperature resistance insulat-ing materials, including impregnating varnish, enamelled wire, heating cable, copper clad laminates, and insulating film, were introduced.
