采用路易斯酸性季鏻盐离子液体催化合成苄基甲苯,分析了反应物摩尔比和催化剂循环使用对产物收率的影响,并对苄基甲苯进行精制和性能测试。结果表明:路易斯酸性季鏻盐离子液体催化剂的催化活性高,氯化苄的转化率接近100%,总收率(MBT/DBT)≥95%,可循环使用(≥20次),当活性出现降低时补加适量的氯化锌又能恢复催化活性。

The benzyl-toluene was synthesized from methylbenzene and benzyl chloride using Lewis acid quaternary phosphonium salt ionic liquid as catalyst. The effects of reactant molar ratio and recycle use of catalyst on the yield of product were analyzed. The benzyl-toluene was refined, and its properties were tested. The results show that the catalytic activity of Lewis acid quaternary phosphonium salt ionic liquid is high. The conversion rate of benzyl chloride is close to 100%, and the total yield (MBT/DBT) is equal or greater than 95%. The catalyst can recycle use for greater than 20 times, and its catalytic activity could be renewed by adding ZnCl2 when the activity reduces.
