采用4,4′-二氨基二苯甲烷对不饱和聚酯进行改性,对制备树脂的原料、稀释剂及引发剂进行了筛选与优化,制备了R-510-UV耐热光敏绝缘浸渍树脂,并对树脂的性能进行了分析研究。结果表明:R-510-UV树脂固化工艺性好,180℃粘结强度高于25 N,具有柔韧性高、绝缘性能优异的特性,综合性能达到国外同类产品水平。

A R-510-UV heat-resistant photosensitive insulating impregnating resin was prepared by using 4,4′-diamino diphenyl methane to modify unsaturated polyester, and its properties were analyzed. The results show that the R-510-UV resin has good curing processability, high toughness, and excellent insulat-ing properties, and the bonding strength is more than 25 N at 180 ℃. The overall performance reaches the level of foreign similar product.
