通过将亚胺单体改性聚酯树脂溶解于低黏度高沸点的丙烯酸酯中,制备了一种环保型聚酯亚胺浸渍漆。在特殊环境下对该漆进行试验,对比测试了试验前后产品的吸水率、粘结强度、拉伸剪切强度和电气强度。结果表明:该聚酯亚胺浸渍漆在冻结-加热、高温-浸水、冷热冲击、长时间浸水、恒温湿热5种环境试验后的力学性能和电气性能保持率均大于70%,表明该漆在特殊环境下的耐受性良好。
An environmental polyester-imide impregnating varnish was prepared by dissolving imide mono-mer modified polyester resin in the acrylate with low viscosity and novel high boiling point. The varnish was tested under special environment, and the water absorption, bonding strength, tensile shear strength, and electric strength before and after test were compared. The results show that the retention rate of mechanical properties and electrical properties of the polyester imide impregnating varnish after freez-ing-heating, high temperature-soaking, hot and cold shock, long-time water immersion, and steady damp-heat tests are more than 70%, which indicate that the impregenating vanish has good tolerance under special environment.
