为了对SF6气体中电晕放电下的多光谱脉冲特性进行研究,搭建了一套全光谱波段下的光、电局部放电检测系统,分别在紫外光、可见光及近红外光下对针-板电极放电进行检测,分析不同光谱波段下的局部放电光脉冲特性.实验结果表明:在针-板电极放电下,紫外光、可见光及近红外光的脉冲相位分布差别较大,而脉冲相位分布的偏斜度Sk和陡峭度Ku存在一定规律.随着电压的升高,可见光平均脉冲幅值变小,放电重复率增加;紫外光平均脉冲幅值先增大后减小,在放电负半周期,放电重复率随电压升高先增加后减少.在紫外光和可见光下检测得到的光脉冲幅值与视在放电量均有良好的线性关系.因此,通过SF6气体中电晕放电下的多光谱脉冲特性研究,可对放电状态进行评估及对放电类型进行判断.
To study the characteristics of multi-spectral pulse under corona discharge in SF6 gas,an optical and electrical partial discharge detection system with full spectral bands was set up.The needle-plate electrodes discharge was tested in the ultraviolet,visible,and near-infrared regions respectively,and the optical pulse characteristics of partial discharge in different spectral regions were analyzed.The results show that the pulse phase distribution of ultraviolet,visible,and near-infrared light are quite different under the discharge of needle-plate electrode,and the skewness Sk and steepness Ku of the pulse phase distribution have certain regularity.With the increase of voltage,the average pulse amplitude of visible light decreases,and the discharge repetition rate increases;the average pulse amplitude of ultraviolet light increases first and then decreases,and the discharge repetition rate increases at first and then decreases under the negative half cycle of discharge.The pulse amplitude obtained under ultraviolet and visible light has good linear relationship with the apparent charge quantity.Therefore,the discharge status and types can be evaluated and judged by the study of multi-spectral pulse characteristics under corona discharge in SF6 gas.
