为了探索更高效实用的配电变压器绝缘油,简要介绍了植物绝缘油和矿物绝缘油的混合配比方法,对不同比例混合绝缘油样品进行了击穿电压、闪点、燃点、运动黏度、介质损耗、色谱等测试,并与相同条件下的矿物绝缘油和植物绝缘油进行对比.结果表明:混合绝缘油可以有效提高矿物油的闪点、燃点等指标,随着混合油中植物油比例的增加,混合油的绝缘性能上升,选用不同类型原料油对混合绝缘油的性能有一定影响.
In order to explore more practical and efficient insulating oil for distribution transformer,the mixed method and ratio of vegetable and mineral insulating oils were introduced.The mixed insulating oil samples with different ratios were conducted breakdown voltage,flash point,ignition point,kinematic Viscosity,dielectric loss experiments and chromatography test,and then were compared with the vegetable and mineral insulating oils under the same condition.The results show that the mixed insulating oil can improve the flash point and ignition point of mineral oil,and the insulating properties of mixed oil increase with the increase of vegetable oil proportion.The raw oil has certain impact on the performance of mixed insulating oil.
