本研究对160 kV直流电缆切片在40 kV/mm的高直流电场下进行电老化试验,采用电声脉冲法(PEA)对电老化前后的空间电荷分布特性进行了研究,并对XLPE在直流电场下的老化机理进行分析.结果表明:电老化导致直流电缆绝缘的同极性空间电荷注入现象增强,空间电荷向绝缘内部迁移.随着老化时间的增加,空间电荷总量以及电荷陷阱深度增加,电荷脱陷过程变得更加困难.在整个老化周期内未发现异极性空间电荷,表明虽然试样内空间电荷量有所增加,但其老化程度并不严重,大部分XLPE分子链保持完整,说明160 kV直流电缆材料具有较强的空间电荷抑制能力及耐老化特性.
160 kV DC cable samples were conducted electrical ageing tests under 40 kV/mm, and their space charge distribution before and after ageing was studied by pulsed electro-acoustic method (PEA). The ageing mechanism of XLPE under DC electric field was studied. The results show that the DC elec-trical ageing makes the homocharge injection phenomenon enhance in the DC cable insulation, and the space charge migrates into inner insulation. With the increase of ageing time, the total amount of space charge and charge trapping depth increase, leading to the charge detrapping process become more diffi-cult. The heterocharge was not found during DC ageing period, which indicated that the material had not aged seriously and most of XLPE molecular chains were intact although the space charge amount increased. In conclusion, the 160 kV DC cable material has strong space charge inhibition ability and anti-ageing characteristics.
