在聚酰胺酸预聚体溶液中加入改性纳米SiO2颗粒,通过浸渍绝缘纸制备出纳米SiO2/聚酰亚胺(PI)复合绝缘纸,将复合绝缘纸在150、160、170、180、190、200℃下老化32 h,每隔4 h取出绝缘纸进行力学性能测试及微观形貌分析,研究复合绝缘纸的耐热性能.结果表明:复合绝缘纸的初始抗张强度为11.19 kN/m,比未改性绝缘纸提高了34.82%.随着热老化温度和时间的增加,复合绝缘纸的抗张强度呈下降趋势,但在同一温度下,复合绝缘纸的抗张强度明显高于未改性绝缘纸.改性后PI/SiO2复合绝缘纸的耐热等级由改性前的A级提升到B级水平.
Nano-SiO2 was added into polyamide acid solution, and the solution was used to impregnate insulation paper, then a SiO2/polyimide (PI) composite insulation paper was prepared. The composite insu-lation papers were aged at 150, 160, 170, 180, 190, and 200 ℃ for 32 h respectively, and the tensile strength and micromorphology of the insulation papers were tested per 4 h to study their heat resistance. The results show that the initial tensile strength of the composite insulation paper is 11.19 kN/m, which is 34.82% higher than that of the original insulation paper (8.30 kN/m). With the increase of thermal ageing temperature and time, the tensile strength decreases, and the tensile strength of the composite insu-lation paper is higher than that of the original insulation paper at the same temperature. After modifica-tion, the heat resistant grade of the PI/SiO2 composite insulation paper increases from class A to class B.
