通过搭建SF6气体中的沿面闪络实验平台,研究了上升时间约为30 ns的脉冲高压下不同角度圆台形试样的沿面闪络特性.利用电压电流波形得到闪络通道的阻抗变化特性,并对闪络过程机理进行讨论.结果表明:相同高度试样的沿面闪络电压随角度的增加而增大;相同沿面距离试样的沿面闪络电压随角度的增加而减小.沿面距离与表面电场不均匀系数是影响不同形状试样沿面闪络电压差异的主要原因.

A surface flashover experiment platform in SF6 was established, and the surface flashover char-acteristics of the truncated cone-shaped samples with different cone angles under 30ns pulse voltage were studied. The impedance of flashover channel was obtained via voltage and current waveforms, and the flashover mechanism was discussed. The results show that with the increase of the cone angle, the sur-face flashover voltage of the samples with the same height increases, while the surface flashover voltage of the samples with the same creepage distance decreases. The creepage distance and the nonuniform factor of surface electric field are the main reason of flashover voltage differences for different shaped samples.
