采用六甲基二硅氮烷对纳米SiO2粒子进行表面改性,通过XRD、FTIR、SEM、XPS等方法对改性前后纳米SiO2的微观形貌和组成及其在绝缘油中的分散稳定性进行研究,并对改性前后绝缘油的理化及电气性能进行对比.结果表明:改性后纳米SiO2粒子在绝缘油中的团聚现象明显减少,改善了其在绝缘油中的分散稳定性,纳米SiO2粒子表面的疏水改性成功,改性后纳米绝缘油的击穿电压和热导率明显提高.
Nano-SiO2 was surface modified with hexamethyldisilazane. The microstructure, composition and properties of the nano-SiO2 before and after modification, as well as its dispersion stability in insulat-ing oil was studied by XRD, FT-IR, SEM, and XPS. The physicochemical properties and electrical proper-ties of the insulating oil before and after modification were compared. The results show that the agglom-eration of the modified nano-SiO2 in insulating oil decreases significantly, and the dispersion stability of nano-SiO2 in insulating oil increases, which indicate that the surface hydrophobic modification of nano-SiO2 is successful. The breakdown voltage and thermal conductivity of nano insulating oil increase obviously.
