以60 kW电子束焊机用高频高压变压器建立模型,通过比较3种绕制方法对电场强度的影响,并利用有限元软件Ansoft在静电场条件下对C型法和Z型法的场强和电位分布进行仿真分析.结果表明:C型法的场强分布比Z型法的场强分布更均匀,变压器绕组两端的端电势最高,所以在进行绝缘处理时要尤其注意绕组两侧的绝缘.
A high frequency high voltage transformer model for 60kW electron beam welder was built. The effects of three winding methods on the electric field intensity were compared, and the field intensi-ty and potential distribution of type C method and type Z method were simulated using the finite element software Ansoft under electrostatic field condition. The results show that the field intensity distri-bution of type C method is more uniform than that of type Z method, and the highest electric potential appears at the both ends of transformer winding, so the insulation on both sides of the winding should be particularly concerned in insulation treatment.
