为研究金属突出物缺陷下的局部放电(PD)与SF6气体分解组分的关系,研究了110 kV GIS内部金属突出物缺陷下的局部放电,对比分析了两种不同放电量下SF6的分解情况.选择SO2F2、SOF2、CO2、SO24种组分作为特征气体,选择c(CO2)/c(SO2)、c(SOF2)/c(SO2F2)、c(SOF2+SO2F2)/c(SO2+CO2)3组比值来表征金属突出物缺陷下的放电特点.结果表明:GIS中各分解组分变化规律不同于理想试验罐体中得出的数据规律;在GIS中放电量较小的情况下,可以通过SOF2、SO2F2的浓度变化来判断PD强弱;SF6分解特征组分比值c(SOF2)/c(SO2F2)和c(SOF2+SO2F2)/c(SO2+CO2)均可以判断GIS内PD的强度;而c(CO2)/c(SO2)分散性较大,不宜作为判断GIS内PD强度的特征量.

In order to study the relationship between partial discharge (PD) and SF6 gas decomposition components under metal protrusion defect, the PD of metal protrusion defect in 110 kV GIS was studied, and the decomposition condition of SF6 under two kinds of discharge capacity was compared. Four com-ponents, which were SO2F2, SOF2, CO2, and SO2, were chosen as the charateristic gas of SF6 decomposi-tion products, and three groups of specific value, which were c(CO2)/c(SO2), c(SOF2)/c(SO2F2), and c(SOF2+SO2F2)/c(SO2+CO2), were used to characterize the discharge characteristics under metal protrusion defects. The results show that the variation of each decomposition components in GIS is different from the data from reference. When the discharge capacity in GIS is small, the concentration of SOF2 and SO2F2 can be used to judge the strength of PD. The c(SOF2)/c(SO2F2) and c(SOF2+SO2F2)/c(SO2+CO2) can be uesd to judge the PD strength in GIS. The c(CO2)/c(SO2) has great dispersion, so it is not suitable to be used to judge the PD strength in GIS.
