可光聚合的高官能度甲基丙烯酸酯单体以丁二醇为起始剂,与马来酸酐和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)逐步反应制备.红外光谱和核磁共振波谱对其结构进行表征,实时红外探讨了高官能度甲基丙烯酸酯单体的光聚合动力学,动态力学分析和热重分析研究了其固化膜的动态力学性能和热稳定性.结果表明,随着单体官能度的增加,其光聚合速率逐渐增加,最终双键转化率逐渐降低.储能模量、玻璃化转变温度及最高分解温度随着官能度数的增加而增大,G5固化交联后储能模量达27.9×108 Pa.玻璃化转变温度为117.8℃,最高分解温度为405.4℃.官能度对不同基材的附着力基本没有影响,单体在聚碳酸酯(PC)板上的附着力最好,剥离率为1%,铅笔硬度5H.
