基于剑麻纸浆与吡咯通过原位聚合方法制备聚吡咯@剑麻纸浆(PPy@SP)复合材料,研究了剑麻纸浆对聚吡咯的分散效果和PPy@SP复合材料在溶液中对偶氮类有机阴离子染料甲基橙(MO)的吸附效果.采用偏光显微镜和扫描电镜观察发现,剑麻纸浆可以有效地解决聚吡咯团聚问题.PPy@SP复合材料对MO染料的吸附依赖于溶液的pH值,pH等于5时吸附效果较好.通过对实验数据进行分析拟合,PPy@SP对MO染料的吸附过程较好地符合伪二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温模型,298 K的最大吸附容量达到了245.98mg/g.
