采用双螺杆挤出机,通过熔融共混制备了热塑性玉米淀粉基纳米二氧化硅(SiQ)母料和聚乳酸(PLA)供塑性玉米淀粉/SiO2复合物,利用转矩流变仪研究了其流变性能.结果表明,热塑性玉米淀粉基纳米SiO2母料熔体和PLA/,热塑性玉米淀粉/SiO2复合物熔体的非牛顿指数小于1,属假塑性流体.热塑性玉米淀粉基纳米SiO2母料熔体黏度随纳米SiO2用量的增大而提高,SiO2用量为8 phr的母料4#熔体黏度对剪切速率的依赖性最强.PLA/热塑性玉米淀粉/SiO复合物熔体黏度决定于热塑性玉米淀粉基纳米SiO2母料中纳米SiO2用量,可以通过调整母料用量和母料中SiO2用量,调整复合物的熔体流动.PLA热塑性玉米淀粉/SiO2复合物的缺口冲击强度随纳米SiO2母料份数的增加而增大.

Thermoplastic starch based SiO2 masterbatch and poly (lactic acid)(PLA)/thermoplastic starch/SiO2 composites were prepared by melt blending in a twin screw extruder.The according rheological property was estimated by torque rheometer.Non-newtonian index of thermoplastic starch based SiO2 masterbatch and PLA/thermoplastic starch/SiO2 composites is less than 1,which suggest pseudoplastic fluid.The apparent viscosity of thermoplastic starch based SiO2 masterbatch increases with increasing the SiO2 content.Thermoplastic starch based SiO2 masterbatch 4# exhibits a strong dependence on shear rate,in which the SiO2 content is 8% by mass relative to starch.The apparent viscosity of PLA/thermoplastic starch/SiO2 composites is decided by SiO2 content in thermoplastic starch based SiO2 masterbatch.The melt flow of PLA/thermoplastic starch/SiO2 composites could be rectified by masterbatch content and SiO2 content in masterbatch.The impact strength of composites increases with increasing the content of thermoplastic starch based SiO2 masterbatch.
