以锡酸钠和硝酸锶为原料,制备了花簇状羟基锡酸锶(SrSn(OH)6);将其添加到软聚氯乙烯(PVC)中,采用极限氧指数仪、烟密度等级测试仪、拉伸仪和热重分析仪研究了其对软PVC的阻燃、抑烟、拉伸和热降解性能的影响,并通过能谱分析、X射线衍射和扫描电镜对烟密度等级测试后残炭的组成及形貌进行表征.结果表明,SrSn(OH)6对软PVC具有较好的阻燃和抑烟性能,对其拉伸性能的影响较小;当其添加量为10 g/100 9 PVC时,其对应的阻燃软PVC具有最好的阻燃、消烟和拉伸性能;SrSn(OH)6能促使软PVC燃烧时迅速脱出HCl并交联形成内部具有封闭孔的,外表面致密的膨胀炭层.

Cluter-shaped strontium hydroxystannate (SrSn(OH)6) was synthesized using Sr(NO3)2 and Na2SnO3 as materials;SrSn(OH)6 was added into flexible poly (vinyl chloride) (PVC) matrix,and its flame retardant,smoke suppressant,tensile properties and thermal degradation properties on flexible PVC were tested by limiting oxygen index (LOI) instrument,smoke density rating (SDR) testing instrument,universal tensile testing machine and thermal gravimetric analyzer (TG),moreover,the char composition and morphology obtained after SDR test for the blank PVC and flame retardant PVC samples were characterized by energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS),XRD and SEM.The results indicate that SrSn(OH)6 shows a good flame retardant,smoke suppressant properties,and a little bad effect on the tensile property of flexible PVC;when the loading level is 10g/100g PVC,SrSn(OH)6 flame retardant PVC takes on the best flame retardant,smoke suppressant and tensile properties;SrSn(OH)6 could enables soft PVC burning off HCl quickly and crosslinking,then promote formation of a compact intumescent char layer with internal-close holes.
