通过自组装技术将十二胺包覆到CdSe量子点表面实现量子点的氨基改性,并以三乙烯四胺为固化剂制备得到CdSe量子点/环氧树脂复合材料,研究了量子点表面氨基改性对复合材料性能的影响.通过高分辨透射电镜表征量子点的分散情况及粒径大小,X射线能谱表征量子点改性前后元素的变化,动态光散射表征量子点团簇在环氧基体中的粒度分布,紫外-可见光谱表征复合材料的透明性,荧光光谱表征复合材料的荧光性能,冲击试验表征量子点改性前后对复合材料的增韧作用.结果表明,氨基改性量子点/环氧树脂复合材料的透明度为原始量子点/环氧树脂复合材料的2倍,荧光强度为原始量子点/环氧树脂复合材料的4倍.当量子点含量为0.5%时,氨基改性量子点/环氧树脂复合材料的冲击强度达7.28 kJ/m2.
Amino group modified CdSe quantum dots (QDs) were obtained through self-assembly of dodecylamine,and then CdSe QDs/epoxy composites were successfully fabricated.The effect of surface modification of QDs on properties of the composites was studied.High resolution transmission electron microscopy was used to study the dispersion of QDs in THF,energy disperse spectroscopy was used to investigate changes of the elements before and after modification of QDs,dynamic light scattering was used to study particle size distribution of QDs in epoxy matrix,UV-vis and fluorescent spectra were used to characterize optical properties of the QDs/epoxy composites,and impact test was used to study the effect of QDs on the toughening of composites.The results show that the transparency of CdSe QDs-NH2/epoxy composites is double of that of CdSe QDs/epoxy composites,and the fluorescence intensity of CdSe QDs-NH2/epoxy composites is four times of that of CdSe QDs/epoxy composites.The impact strength of CdSe QDs-NH2/epoxy composites reach 7.28 kJ/m2 when the adding amount of QDs-NH2 is 0.5%.
