对造成汽车涂层颗粒问题的原因进行了排查,发现是PVC(聚氯乙烯)胶落在电泳层表面,然后透过中涂、面涂层形成颗粒.通过在PVC室内加装遮蔽工装,较好地解决了问题.
The causes for a particle defect problem of automobile coating were surveyed.It was found that the polyvinylchloride (PVC) adhesive fallen on electrophoretic coating which penetrates through midcoat and topcoat is responsible for the problem.The problem was solved by installing shields in the PVC workroom.
