A small-sized equipment for treating recirculated water in paint spraying was designed.The optimization of water treatment process and the structure,function,principle and design key points of some parts of the equipment were introduced,This equipment has been applied to the production line for paint spraying of axle successfully,and is suitable for reconstruction due to its small area of occupation,flexible installation,easy use and little modification to original painting line.
