利用熔铸-原位反应喷射沉积成形技术制备了TiC颗粒增强7075 Al基复合材料.测试了复合材料的拉伸性能.结果表明:在预制块中选取Ti:C=1:1配比,复合材料中存在较多的条、块状Al3Ti相,致使复合材料的拉伸强度和延伸率均比未增强合金低;选取Ti:C=1:1.3的配比,有助于消除A13Ti脆性相,提高复合材料的拉伸强度.进一步讨论了提高熔铸-原位反应喷射沉积成形7075/TiC Al基复合材料拉伸强度的途径
