采用Zn元素部分替代易形成玻璃合金Mg65cU25Y10中的Cu元素,形成Mg65Cu20zn5Y10合金.添加Zn元素可显著提高合金的玻璃形成能力,通过熔体铜模浇铸可制备出直径为6 mm的Mg65Cu20Zn5Ylo金属玻璃圆棒.与无Zn合金相比较,Mg65Cu20Zn5Y10四元金属玻璃的晶化转变更为复杂,晶化过程由四步完成,尽管过冷液态温度区间△Tx减小,但约化玻璃转变温度Yrg值略有增加.
