利用透射电子显微镜原位观察技术对纳米Pb薄膜在电子束辐照下的形态变化过程进行了细致的观察研究.结果表明,形态不稳定的纳米Pb薄膜,发生球化转变;球化后的Pb颗粒具有很好的可动性;颗粒的随机运动和碰撞导致颗粒之间的合并长大.Pb颗粒的合并长大速率与Pb颗粒的平均尺寸和碰撞频率有关.从热力学角度对纳米Pb膜球化和Pb颗粒团聚长大的机制进行了探讨.
