ZK60镁合金经350℃往复挤压8道次后,晶粒尺寸显著细化,平均晶粒尺寸从约20μm细化到约1.5μm,组织均匀性大大改善.经往复挤压后,丝织构转变为{1013}<3032>+{1011}<1543>织构,且最大极密度下降.由于组织的细化和织构的改变, ZK60镁合金的室温轴向压缩屈服强度大幅度提高,轴向拉伸屈服强度有所下降.合金的拉压强度差异性基本消除;同时,合金的塑性明显提高,尤其是在压缩条件下,延伸率从15%增加到38%.
