采用fluctuation electron microscopy(FEM)对Al85Ni5Y10-xCox(x=0,2)和Cu46Zr54-xAlx(x=0,7)金属玻璃的微观结构进行了表征,研究了合金成分变化对金属玻璃微观结构的影响.结果表明,2种金属玻璃体系中均存在较强的中程有序结构;少量元素的添加提高了合金微观结构的均匀性.金属玻璃中程有序结构均匀性的增加有利于改善合金的玻璃形成能力.
