高级检索

得到广泛应用的结构陶瓷的另一特点是塑性差,难以进行塑性加工.因此对其超塑性的研究便成为国内外竞相研发的热点之一.针对Y2O3部分稳定四方ZrO2(Y-TZP),Al2O3,Si3N4和SiC等结构陶瓷,分别就其拉伸(压缩)宏观力学实验.微观物理机理、晶体结构和添加物对超塑变形的影响,以及对其进行的力学测量结果和研究进展进行了综述.
