对00Cr18Ni10N(质量分数,%)不锈钢丝进行室温拔制,获得了不同面缩率的不锈钢丝.拉仲实验,磁性实验与显微组织观察表明,面缩率小于40%的形变初期阶段,滑移与孪生是主要的变形方式,显微组织含大量孪生片层,亚结构由形变孪晶和位错胞组成,抗拉强度在600-1200 MPa范围内变化.面缩率大于40%的大变形阶段,形变马氏体继孪生之后开始参与变形,显微组织是纤维状的条带,亚结构由位错胞与形状不规则、细碎的形变孪晶所组成,抗拉强度在1200 MPa以上.
