采用动态力学分析仪(DMA)结合显微组织观察,研究了淬火后时效温度以及微量Zr+Si对Zn-22%Al合金阻尼性能的影响.结果表明,随着时效温度的升高,过饱和铝固溶体(α'相)分解加速,片层状组织数量增加并粗化,相界面数量减少,合金的阻尼性能降低.向Zn-22%A1合金中添加微量的Zr+Si后,Zr可抑制合金内粗大树枝晶的生成,细化枝晶;Si可降低α'相分解速率,部分α'相在较低温度下分解成粒状组织,增加铸态合金内相界面数量,同时初生Si相与基体形成非共格界面,产生Si相/基体界面弛豫行为,从而显著提高合金的阻尼性能.Si相与基体因热错配引入的位错通过原子的互扩散而逐渐消失,对合金阻尼性能的影响较小.
