通过发射光谱、XRD、相对亮度、余辉衰减曲线和热释光谱的测量,研究了在Y2O2S:Eu体系中掺杂Mg2+、Ca2+、Sr2+、Ba2+、Ti4+对荧光体的发光与长余辉特性的影响.结果表明,这些离子的掺杂不影响发射光谱和晶体结构,但显著地影响相对亮度和长余辉特性.它的长余辉衰减过程由一快过程和一慢过程组成,很好地符合指数衰减方程.Mg、Ti共掺杂荧光体的相对亮度和长余辉性能优于单掺杂,与Mg、Ti的含量比有关.根据实验结果,探讨了Y2O2S:Eu体系荧光体的长余辉发光机理.
