采用真空搅拌铸造法制备了20vol%SiC颗粒增强A356基复合材料.SiC颗粒在基体中分布均匀, 材料抗拉强度319MPa, 弹性模量98.9GPa,延伸率1.4%.采用聚晶金刚石-PCD刀具, 在切削速度v=30~40 m/min时, 复合材料对刀具损耗最小, 工件表面粗糙度良好.
