研究纤维与颗粒混杂增强聚氨酯复合硬泡塑料的物理及力学性能,着重分析增强剂SiO2颗粒和玻璃纤维含量以及纤维长度对其性能的影响.结果表明,SiO2含量为20wt%,玻璃纤维含量为7.8wt%时,试样的拉伸强度达到最佳值.此外,还比较了玻璃纤维、尼龙66纤维和PAN基碳纤维的增强效果.结果表明,3wt%~5wt%含量碳纤维增强的聚氨酯复合硬泡塑料拉伸强度最佳.
