采用德国GABO公司的EPLEXOR 500 N型动态力学分析系统对纤维增强648环氧树脂复合材料进行测试和分析.该设备与以前使用较多的DMA相比,能够在动态力学分析中提供最高达500N的载荷.通过改变预载荷和动态载荷的大小、纤维种类以及材料模量,对纤维增强复合材料进行了动态粘弹性研究.结果表明,增大预载荷则储能模量增大,增大动载荷则储能模量减小;纤维种类对复合材料粘弹性能的影响较小,而材料模量对粘弹性的影响较大.
