为获得好的强韧化效果,提出了适合碳纳米管强韧化陶瓷基复合材料的嵌入型显微结构模型,应用杂凝聚法,分别采用单壁、多壁及定向碳纳米管复合,制备了具有该种结构特征的复合材料.对比研究了上述三种CNTs/Al2O3复合材料显微结构的差异及对复合材料性能的影响.结果表明,碳纳米管种类、形态及分散性对嵌入型显微结构的形成有影响,细且直的单壁碳纳米管有利于形成嵌入型显微结构.
