用径向技术测量了缝合预制件的渗透率,研究了缝针型号、缝合参数对渗透率的影响.实验结果表明渗透率随缝合密度和缝针直径的增加而增加,100号缝针且缝合密度低于0.66 pts/m2时除外;缝针和缝合线同时对渗透率起作用,缝针起促进作用,缝线起阻碍作用,与未缝合的织物相比,缝线的质量比仅占0.18%,渗透率增加58.6%.用一维流动技术测量了缝合和未缝合预制件的横向渗透率,研究了铺层方向与缝合密度对横向渗透率的影响,实验表明横向渗透率随缝合密度增加而显著提高.
