采用顶空气相色谱法测定大豆磷脂中的丙酮残留量.色谱柱为2m×3mm.d.内填GDX-103的不锈钢柱,柱温为160℃.试验结果的相对标准偏差为1.2%,在25.0μg/g～100μg/g范围内,回收率为98.4%～104%.
