用化学法在NiTi形状记忆合金表面修饰了一层Ca/P层.X射线分析表明,Ca/P层的主要成分是Ca5(PO4)3(OH),还有少量的α-Ca2P2O7和β-Ca3(PO4)2.原子吸收光谱的测量表明,Ca/P层抑制镍离子在人体模拟溶液中的溶出.植入试验的结果表明,Ca/P层改善了NiTi形状记忆合金的生物相容性.
