以TiCl3为源物质,通过添加强氧化剂,用溶胶凝胶法制备掺杂V+5的TiO2纳米粉末研究了该材料的结构、晶粒尺寸和分散性在不同掺钒量和烧结时间(400℃)条件下的变化规律结果表明,V+5在TiO2中形成替位式掺杂,使锐钛矿相结构产生微应力,不仅促进其向金红石相转变,而且使大晶粒扭曲畸变形成小晶粒.
