制备了聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯-层状硅酸盐(LS)纳米复合材料(NPBT),并研究了它的结晶特性.LS的剥离片层起结晶成核中心作用并阻碍PBT球晶生长.LS的质量分数为1.0%~10.0%时,NPBT的热变形温度比纯PBT提高30~50℃,结晶速率(1/t1/2)比PBT提高约30%~100%,加工注模温度显著下降,热降解性能变好.TEM观测表明:NPBT中LS片层的尺度为30~100 nm,3%的粒子发生团聚并与基体相分离.选择适当的处理剂、控制LS加入量和加入方式可减少发生团聚的粒子.
