研究了Dupont原始及耐电晕聚酰亚胺薄膜在10 kV/mm、20 kV/mm电场下电晕老化8 h前后和在不同温度下的高场电导特性.结果表明,原始及耐电晕聚酰亚胺薄膜老化前的电老化阈值分别为35 kV/mm和45 kV/mm,并随着老化电场的增加而下降.随着温度的升高,原始聚酰亚胺薄膜的电老化阈值明显增加,而耐电晕薄膜的电老化阈值略有下降.耐电晕薄膜的电导电流比原始薄膜约大一个数量级.根据空间电荷限制电流与温度的关系,求出原始和耐电晕聚酰亚胺薄膜的陷阱能级分别为0.9 eV和0.7 eV.
