固溶处理时,较高的冷却速度能促进DZ417G定向合金中二次和三次γ'强化相的形核,较低的冷却速度使二次γ'相析出充分,并能抑制三次γ'相的析出.合金固溶态的室温硬度随着冷却速度的提高而提高.经980℃/16 h时效处理后,三次γ'颗粒粗化长大.较高的冷却速度有利于拉伸强度的提高,而冷却速度低有利于室温拉伸塑性的增加.固溶处理后适当的冷却速度可使合金具有最佳匹配的拉伸和持久性能.
