研究了四脚状氧化锌晶须用量、表面处理剂对其聚丙烯复合材料的力学性能、流变行为、耐热性等影响.结果表明:晶须用量为10%,硅烷偶联剂KH-570用量为0.5%时,复合材料的拉伸强度提高到118.6%,弯曲强度提高到118.3%.红外光谱分析:经偶联剂处理后的晶须表面出现了羰基,C-O-C、Si-O等基团.SEM分析表明:复合材料的断裂界面明显得到改善.T-ZnOw/PP复合材料的非牛顿指数大于纯PP而更趋于牛顿性流体,体系的流动性和加工性得到明显改善.
