用C2H2与O2火焰在高钴YG系硬质合金基体上沉积复合的碳材料,并分别对酸蚀脱钻预处理的YG8、YG16硬质合金基体表面进行火焰法沉积研究;用扫描电镜SEM、XRD射线衍射谱、Raman光谱、原子力显微镜等手段分析了复合碳涂层的组织结构、涂层的质量以及涂层横截面.结果表明:不同时间脱钻处理后的YG8硬质合金表面经火焰沉积后,在表面分别形成了典型的"菜花状"球形金刚石、碳纳米管以及金刚石、石墨和非晶碳复合而成的碳涂层;经20 min脱钴处理的YG16硬质合金表面沉积的碳涂层则以碳纳米管为主.
