采用超声配位前驱体法制备了锂离子电池正极材料LiMn2-xCrxO4(0≤x≤0.1). 利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、循环伏安(CV)和充放电测试对样品进行了表征. 结果表明, 用该方法合成的LiMn2-xCrxO4(0≤x≤0.1)样品形貌规整, 具有较高的放电容量和较好的循环性能, 同时该方法的提出开辟了锂离子电池正极材料制备的新途径.
The cathode material LiMn2-xCrxO4(0≤x≤0.1) was prepared by the ultrasonic coordination precursor method. The synthesized materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, cyclic voltammetry and charge-discharge testing. The results show that the LiMn2-xCrxO4(0≤x≤0.1) powders have prefect surface morphology, highly discharge capacities and better cycle
performance. In addition, the method can be employed to synthesize cathode
material for lithium-ion battery as a new route.
