采用固相合成工艺,制备了铁掺杂、钛掺杂及铝/钛二元掺杂三类Cr2O3颜料,利用XRD、紫外/可见/近红外分光光度计、Color CIE色度分析软件等方法对颜料物相结构、可见/近红外反射率、颜色参数等进行了测试和表征,初步探讨了Cr2O3颜料结构与近红外反射率、颜色之间的相互关联.结果表明,所有样品均呈单相刚玉结构,但结晶强度和晶粒大小随掺杂元素有所差异;相比未掺杂Cr2O3颜料,掺铁样品的近红外反射率出现下降,而掺钛Cr2O3颜料的反射率则明显提高,其中铝/钛二元掺杂样品在Al(OH)3含量3.4wt%、TiO2含量1.07wt%时,实现700~2500nm波段平均反射率87%,2500nm处最大反射率99%.掺钛Cr2O3材料近红外波段反射率的显著增加,主要归因于掺钛Cr2O3晶粒尺寸的增大以及Cr3+局域电子环境的改变.
