采用高温固相烧结法制备了KOH掺杂的CsBr:(Eu2+,KOH)粉体,通过对材料体系荧光光谱、光激励发光谱、拉曼光谱和光激励发光衰减时间等的系统研究,深入分析了KOH对CsBr∶Eu2+粉体光激励发光性能和抗辐照性能的影响.研究结果表明,掺杂引入的OH-离子增加了无辐射跃迁的几率,随着KOH浓度的增大,CsBr:(Eu2+,KOH)粉体的光激励发光衰减时间逐渐缩短.同时,由于K+和OH离子的共同作用,使材料中Eu离子周围空位浓度减少,避免了因Eu2+聚集而导致的浓度淬灭,使CsBr∶(Eu2+,KOH)粉体的抗辐照性能增强.
